When a reservation is made to purchase one of our puppies or fully trained adults a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required.
Deposits on puppies are only transferrable if there is not a ideally suited puppy within the specified litter for the clients needs. We believe it's critical to match each dogs temperament and personality with the new owners temperament, personality and environment in order to insure a long lasting, quality, working relationship between owner and dog.
In the event that a replacement is necessary, then buyers sole remedy will be with another K9. No cash refunds will be provided.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for their puppy and or adult.
Should a replacement be necessary, the original dog will be returned, with the shipment costs to be at Buyer's expense, and return all of the dog's original AKC papers/Foreign export pedigree with transfer of ownership back to Seller. Shipping charges for the replacement dog will be the responsibility of the buyer. We have a no cash refund policy on all purchases.
